Spasso Ristorante

Spasso Ristorante is an authentic Italian food restaurant & bar located in the heart of Merida’s tourist center in the Hotel Hyatt Regency. Spasso Ristorante has an exquisite selection of dishes prepared by Chef Gustavo, who specializes in Italian Haute Cuisine and International food.

With the desire to be at the forefront of progress, Spasso recently remodeled some of its main areas. These changes include the remodeling of the façade and the Calle 60 entrance with a new illuminated sign, as well as new food and beverage menus, new kitchen and beverage bar equipment plus new waiter’s uniforms and a new publicity image.

The new decoration is based on themes from the Sistine Chapel combined with a Classic Italian atmosphere that has a modern touch. All this gives the Spasso Ristorante a unique and special atmosphere.

Service hours are Monday to Thursday 6 PM to 1 AM, Friday and Saturday from 6 PM to 2 AM. Live music by excellent groups give Spasso a special atmosphere from Thursday to Saturday starting at 9:30 PM . You will also find Valet Parking every day at the entrance on Calle 60.

Spasso Ristorante has new weekly specials starting this month that include these promotions:

Monday: Snacks and beer 2 x 1

Tuesday: All pastas 2 x 1

Wednesday: All pizzas and the house wine 2 x 1

Thursday: Antipasto buffet $105 pesos

Monday to Saturday: Happy Hour from 6 – 8 PM
