To partake of a buffet breakfast at the Bistro Peregrina in the Hotel Hyatt Regency, is to fulfill all expectations of a satisfyingly good breakfast.

The cold stations in the buffet include a wide selection of fresh fruits and juices, cereals, granola, Muesli, a variety of flavors of yoghurts, fresh national and international cold cuts that include ham, salamis, salmon, and turkey plus a large variety of cheeses.

The bread station is the perfect compliment for breakfast. You will be able to choose from sweet breads and pastries and salt breads including whole wheat rolls and muffins.

There are six different dishes to choose from. Daily you will find a chicken dish plus a beef one, along with a potato dish, chilaquiles (delicious tortillas with cream and a red or green sauce), refried bean and dish that changes daily. If eggs are your fancy, the chef will prepare them anyway you choose on the spot.

And if Yucatecan fare is what you long for, of course there is cochinita pibil (roasted suckling pig – a Yucatecan staple.)

Plan to have the breakfast buffet at the Bistro Peregrina… you and your tummy will be very glad you did!
