Chef Bravo has brought character to his diners through his original use of flavors and the presentations of his dishes. Not only has he added new dishes, but also new dishware to compliment each dish.

Lettuce Rolls

Begin your meal with a refreshing margarita – either lemon or tamarind.

Next, you might want to choose the crunchy lettuce rolls, the Kinich salad or the guacamole that will be prepared right at your table – a visual treat.

For your main dish, you can go international and order the popular, tender, tasty snapper in mango sauce, or if you fancy meat, the Rib-eye Yucatec will certainly satisfy you.

Of course, since you are in the heart of the Yucatan, if Yucatecan cuisine calls your attention, Chef Bravo has a wonderful selection of traditional lime soup, stuffed Edam cheese and Yucatan’s claim to fame, roasted suckling pig – cochinita pibil.

Snapper in Mango Sauce

Finish your meal with a piece of pumpkin cake served with homemade avocado ice cream and a glass of X'tabentun.
